One production
each quarter.
The standard partnership includes four full Project Case Studies across a year, each with the short project clips included. Each includes guided preparation, one location and filming day, up to two interviews, one main film, three short edits and two review rounds.
You also get four 45-minute planning sessions and one 60-to-90-second landscape highlights film, edited from the four productions with two consolidated review rounds. No additional filming is needed for the highlights.
We confirm suitable projects, access, dates and responsibilities before agreeing the programme. If your project schedule does not suit quarterly filming, book individual productions.

Can this run as a retainer?
Yes. We agree the recurring production scope, term and payment schedule in writing. The standard annual plan includes four productions, quarterly planning and the highlights edit. Monthly billing can be arranged; filming dates follow the agreed project schedule. Additional shoots and outputs are quoted separately.
Who is the programme for?
Teams with several suitable projects, a person responsible for marketing and the capacity to review work each quarter. We confirm the fit and production availability before committing. A first case study is quoted separately; any inclusion or credit in a programme must be agreed in writing.
What if a project is delayed?
We agree notice periods, replacement projects, supplier costs and rescheduling terms before the programme starts. Contact us early when a milestone changes.
Do you publish the videos for us?
The core partnership delivers finished files. If you want help publishing them, we can quote a defined number of posts and channels, with an approval process and reporting. Community management and paid advertising are separately scoped.
